The company is licensed by the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) and currently operates water schemes in four key service areas: <strong>Siaya, Bondo, Yala, and Ugenya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an effort to strengthen governance and enhance service delivery to its stakeholders, the company seeks to recruit <strong>highly motivated and exceptional professionals<\/strong> with strong administrative, technical, organizational, and leadership skills to fill the following positions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Available Positions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Company \/ Board Secretary (Re-Advertisement) &#8211; <\/strong><strong>Job Reference:<\/strong> SIBOWASCO\/CS\/ADV\/06\/2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Services Manager (Re-Advertisement) &#8211; <\/strong><strong>Job Reference:<\/strong> SIBOWASCO\/TSM\/ADV\/07\/2025<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrity and Compliance Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shortlisted candidates will be required to comply with <strong>Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on Leadership and Integrity<\/strong> and must provide the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current Certificate of Good Conduct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax Compliance Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KRA PIN Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance Certificate from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method of Application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualified and interested applicants should submit the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application letter (cover letter)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected applicable professional fees (where applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of National Identity Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copies of academic and professional certificates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testimonials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Names and addresses of <strong>three (3) referees<\/strong>, including telephone numbers and email contacts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications should be addressed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Chairman, Board of Directors<\/strong><br>Siaya Bondo Water &amp; Sanitation Company Ltd (SIBOWASCO)<br>P.O.
