Siaya Bondo Water and Sanitation Company Limited (SIBOWASCO) was established in 2006 to provide clean, safe, and affordable drinking water and sanitation services within Siaya County. The company is licensed by the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) and currently operates water schemes in four key service areas: Siaya, Bondo, Yala, and Ugenya.

In an effort to strengthen governance and enhance service delivery to its stakeholders, the company seeks to recruit highly motivated and exceptional professionals with strong administrative, technical, organizational, and leadership skills to fill the following positions:

Available Positions

2. Technical Services Manager (Re-Advertisement) – Job Reference: SIBOWASCO/TSM/ADV/07/2025

Integrity and Compliance Requirements

Shortlisted candidates will be required to comply with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on Leadership and Integrity and must provide the following documents:

• Current Certificate of Good Conduct
• Tax Compliance Certificate
• KRA PIN Certificate
• Clearance Certificate from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
• Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
• Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
